AMERICAN DREAM

Poor man he robbed a bank and now that poor man is on TV. He’s screaming, "Got no money to feed my kids. Got no money to feed all their dreams. Their American Dreams." Hey, what’s your American Dream? She’s working here fifty hours a week. She’s selling shit she wouldn’t buy herself. Compromising almost everything to contribute to someone else’s wealth, their American Dream. Hey, what’s your American Dream? "All for One! One for All!" Supposed to be our highest of laws. Supposed to teach us right from wrong. Why is it taking so long? A man packs up his family and puts them on a boat to sail across the sea. He says, "America is the place I want to be! Where everyone is born equal and born free…" That’s an American "pipe" Dream. "All for One! One for All!" Supposed to be our highest of laws. Supposed to teach us right form wrong. Why is it taking so long?
